The Success Zone is a framework of thinking, leading, coaching and training based upon emergent neuroscience and leading coaching practice. We will be offering a range of Success Zone webinars and workshops in 2011, which will include:
- Introductory Success Zone Webinars- free 1 hour webinars introducing Success Zone principles and how to implement them in your classroom
- Success Zone Classrooms Mastery – create self managing, brain aware students and reduce your behaviour management load and enhance your student coaching skills towards engaging difficult students
- Success Zone Coaching – learn key educational coaching skills towards leading, facilitating and coaching others towards outstanding instructional practice
- Re(Learning to Listen – learn how to become an expert listener and increase your effectiveness as a leader, parent or teacher

Success Zone Intensive Education Coach Training
This two day intensive course prepares you as an effective 'leadership' coach in education. This two-day intensive prepares educators to facilitate, coach and lead the improvement of instructional practice in colleagues. It particularly enhances key middle and senior leadership staff engaged in Group 8 Education's Performance Development and Coaching 3.0 whole school program.
